Carriage tours leave every 15 minutes starting at 6:30 PM from the parking lot at 1006 Bay Street. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes. ($22 adults/$12 children 3-11) Walking tours begin at 7:00 pm and leave every 20 minutes from Cannon Park (across the street from 611 Bay Street). Each tour lasts approximately one hour. ($12 all ages).

CAPA offers a variety of programs to the community to help raise awareness about child abuse and its effects on the community.

The Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA) is a local non-profit organization, incorporated in 1981.  CAPA’s annual budget is $1.4 million with the Open Arms Children’s Home representing almost half of the total expenses.

Funding comes from fees for service, public grants, private grants, and grass-roots fundraising.  CAPA offers the community and school-based Outreach Programs, safe sleep educationhome visitation, and foster care.
