CAPA’s annual budget is $2.4 million with the Open Arms Children’s Home representing almost half of the total expenses. Funding comes from fee for service, public grants, private grants, and grass-roots fundraising. CAPA offers community and school-based Outreach Programs, safe sleep education, home visitation, and foster care.
