In the Spirit of Giving

christmas 1 christmas 2Thank you Beaufort County!

This year we were able to provide gifts to 302 local children!

Please contact the CAPA office, 843.524.4350, if you’d like to host a Wish Tree in 2013.

Each year, CAPA’s Christmas Wish Tree program provides gifts for hundreds of local children.  The participating children are either residents of CAPA’s Open Arms Shelter, Beaufort County foster children, have an open treatment case with DSS, are in the Youth Advocacy Program, are part of ACCESS Network, or their caregivers are participating in CAPA’s parenting programs.

Each child may ask for three items ($25 limit per item) or one big item (ex: bicycle). To help, pick up a tag, fulfill the wish and return the unwrapped item to the tree location. Participating tree locations include:

North of the Broad:
Lulu Burgess, Wal-Mart, Simply Southern, Gilligan’s, The Preserve at Port Royal, and Belk.

South of the Broad:
Truffles, Hilton Head Humane Society, and Main Street Café & Pub.

Thank you to Belfair, Berkeley Hall, USCB, Sea Pines, the Owner’s Club of Hilton Head, Parris Island and MCAS Air Station for taking additional tags for their residents, members, students and staff.
